1. Visit the ‘Products’ section of the DCA LAB website.
2. Choose one of the desired product categories – 500mg capsules, 333mg capsules, powder, or bulk powder.
3. Once in the product page, to the right of the product image you can see the options window. By clicking the box inside, you can choose the product variation that you want. Capsule choices: 60, 120, 240 or 480 capsules. You can choose powder in 25 g, 50 g,100 g or 200 (+25)g containers. Larger bulks of powder – 500g, 1000g or 2000g:

4. Once the desired variation and amount of the product is set, you can go ahead and click the yellow ‘BUY’ button.
5. When all the products are chosen, you can visit your cart by clicking the blue ‘Cart’ button at the top right corner of the page. Once your shopping cart summary slides out, press the red ‘Checkout’ button.

At checkout:

Step 1:
Enter your Billing information. If your billing address differs from your delivery address, press the checkmark next to the ‘Ship to a different address?’ text and enter your delivery address.

Step 2:
Choose the shipping method, if more than one option is available.

Step 3:
Choose the payment method between Credit/Debit Card payment, PayPal payment and Bank /Wire Transfer.

Step 4:
Press the ‘Place order’ button where you will be taken to the payment method completion page.
Once the payment is complete, your order will be complete as well.

If you can not find your confirmation email, there might be a few reasons:

The Email went to the “Spam” folder.
If you are using Gmail, the Email might have gone to “Promotions” or “Social” folder.
You might have made a typo while entering your email address while filling out your order.
Email server issues occurred.
The payment might have not gone through. Therefore your order was not completed.
If you received our order confirmation message in your Spam, Promotions or Social directory, please move the message to your Inbox.
You will then receive the delivery notification in your Inbox folder. This email will contain tracking number and courier information for your DCA-LAB order.

The room air can be bad for your DCA, so we advise you to protect the powder from prolonged exposure to oxygen. If possible, keep the bottle closed when you’re not using it.

Sodium dichloroacetate powder can be stored tightly sealed in the refrigerator or in the freezer. Please ensure that moisture or humidity does not get into the DCA container. The chemical properties of the material do not change when exposed to moisture, but the form of the material itself changes (the powder can bind with water and dissolve).

If you use a freezer to store your DCA product, the material should be defrosted gradually. First transfer the sodium dichloroacetate from the freezer to the refrigerator, and only after a few hours to a room temperature room.
